With 40 years in butchery, Stuart brings a wealth of experience to Kirk's Butchers. Formerly at the helm of S&D Kirk in Hale Barns, Stuart upholds a commitment to tradition and quality built up over years of experience. Stuart has won numerous industry awards for his counter displays and is committed to ensuring you get the perfect piece of meat for the job.
David Kirk
David co-founded Hale Barns with brother Stuart in 1983. With a passion for providing quality meats and excellent customer service, David successfully ran Kirk's farm shop for over 30 years. In 2024, he handed over the reins to his brother Martin, ensuring the legacy of Kirk's Butchers continues to thrive as a family run business.
